About

Abigail Davis

Author-Speaker-Teacher

I was raised in Loveland, Ohio. I grew up with my older brother and younger sister, my parents, and a hodgepodge of wonderful pets.

I attended Vanderbilt University where I received both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in education. I taught kindergarten and third grade and now I happily raise my three girls and spend most of my free moments writing and creating Jesus-filled content to share with you. I am a faithful believer in Jesus Christ and want to share the good news of the gospel with everyone.

My husband (Tyler), daughters (Frances, Emma, and Gracie), our dog (Mozzie), and I live in San Antonio, Texas. We eat a lot of tacos, sweat a lot in the summertime, and can often be found enjoying time on the porch or taking family bike rides.

Spreading Joy Through Story is my mission. The vision for my books is twofold. First, I want page-flipping, happy readers that are eager to read more stories and want to learn more about Jesus. Secondly, I want my stories to have an impact, both on the heart and in the wider community. It brings me such joy to share the promises in God’s word to young readers.
