The Other Side Of No Lesson 3 Activity
By the end of today’s story, Chloe realized something she had never noticed before. Every one of God’s “no’s” was really pointing her toward a better “yes.” His commands weren’t meant to take away her freedom or fun, they were showing her the best way to live. What once felt like a list of rules became a loving blueprint from a Father who knew exactly what she needed. Suddenly, the “no’s” didn’t seem so frustrating. They became opportunities to pause, pray, and remember God’s good plan.
Today you’re making your own pair of flip-flops to remind you of your very own flip-flop situations. Sometimes life gives us a choice where following God feels hard, but that’s the perfect time to Pause & Pray. Every time you wear these flip-flops, let them remind you to stop before making a choice, ask God for wisdom, and flip-flop your thinking from “What am I missing out on?” to “What good is God leading me toward?” Because with God, every loving “no” has a beautiful “yes” on the other side.
